IResource	Resource abstraction.
IResourceLocator	An abstraction layer for a single resource lookup source.

Class Summary

ClassLoaderLocator	Scan for resources relative to a given class loader (possibly in all of this loader's locations).
ClassLoaderResource	A resource loaded using a class loader.
